Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous luggage assistance to hotel guests upon arrival/departure
- Safely transport guest belongings using hotel equipment (carts, elevators)
- Deliver in-room amenities and assist with special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell desk areas
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams for seamless guest experiences
- Assist with valet parking and transportation coordination as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- New Mexico driver's license preferred (not required)
