Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and provide timely assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Assist with valet parking, room deliveries, and concierge services
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/bell desk areas
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for guest systems
