Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage using hotel carts and trolleys
- Provide warm welcome assistance to arriving guests
- Deliver items to guest rooms (amenities, packages, etc.)
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval
- Maintain luggage storage areas and security protocols
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license (for valet duties)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
