Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using wheeled carts and direct guests to rooms
- Provide personalized assistance with hotel amenities and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas through constant tidying and monitoring
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams for seamless guest handoffs
- Safely operate elevators and assist with mobility-impaired guests
- Process luggage storage requests and ensure secure handling of belongings
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
Qualifications
