Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm greetings and assistance
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval as needed
- Deliver amenities and items to guest rooms promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Communicate effectively with front desk and concierge teams
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta landmarks preferred
- Reliable transportation to downtown Atlanta
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
