Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to and from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Offer insider knowledge of local attractions, dining, and transportation options
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of lobby, entrance areas, and bell desk
- Safely handle guest belongings and coordinate with valet services
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer literacy for check-in assistance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
