Responsibilities
- Transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Provide local recommendations and tourism information
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval
- Deliver room service items and guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel entry points and bell desk
- Coordinate with concierge and front desk teams
- Safely operate hotel equipment per OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Virginia Beach area
