Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with luggage and personal belongings upon arrival/departure
- Transport luggage between guest rooms and lobby using bell carts
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk staff for guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell desk areas
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh area
