Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with luggage and belongings
- Safely transport luggage to guest rooms using luggage carts
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Coordinate with valet and front desk teams for seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/entrance areas
- Assist with special event setups and guest requests
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for valet duties)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of Omaha area attractions a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
