Responsibilities
- Transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Greet arrivals warmly and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide local area recommendations and concierge services
- Maintain orderly lobby and baggage storage areas
- Assist with valet parking and guest vehicle services
- Collaborate with front desk staff for seamless guest transitions
- Respond promptly to in-room service requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Punctuality and exceptional work ethic
