Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage between vehicles and rooms using bell carts
- Provide warm, personalized welcome and assistance to arriving guests
- Deliver items to guest rooms (e.g., packages, amenities, room service trays)
- Act as local expert offering recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions
- Assist with valet parking, shuttle coordination, and special event logistics
- Maintain clean, organized bell desk and luggage storage areas
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams to resolve guest requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong customer service orientation with approachable demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans geography and attractions
- Professional appearance and punctual attendance
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Positive attitude and teamwork mentality
