Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with luggage, transportation, and room check-in/out procedures
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options
- Operate hotel vehicles (shuttles) safely and efficiently between airport/hotel/attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance areas, and bell desk
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest requests promptly with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Basic knowledge of Arlington area preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
