Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and storage
- Transport guests to/from rooms using luggage carts and provide hotel orientation
- Arrange transportation services (taxis, rideshares, rental cars) per guest requests
- Deliver in-room amenities and packages promptly to guest rooms
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas with constant vigilance
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams for seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving instincts
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of Fresno area an asset
