Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with luggage, valet services, and room transitions
- Transport luggage via bell carts while maintaining safety protocols
- Provide local area recommendations and assistance with guest inquiries
- Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams for seamless guest services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell desk areas
- Assist with special event setup and guest transportation needs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- Outstanding customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for check-in/out procedures
