Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using bell carts
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with directions, recommendations, and hotel services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance areas, and bell desk
- Coordinate with valet and front desk teams for seamless guest arrivals/departures
- Process guest deliveries and mail promptly and securely
- Assist with special event setups and VIP guest services
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and courteous communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte area preferred
- Previous hospitality experience a plus but not required
