Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using luggage carts and trolleys
- Provide personalized assistance with hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain luggage storage areas with strict inventory protocols
- Escort guests to rooms and demonstrate room features
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless service
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Kansas City geography
