Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation
- Provide warm welcome and orientation to arriving guests
- Deliver items to guest rooms upon request
- Operate hotel shuttle services safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with front desk for guest needs and special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Uphold strict safety standards during all guest interactions
- Collaborate with valet and concierge teams for seamless service
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all team members
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Outstanding customer service mindset and approachability
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
