Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and room check-in/out processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Transport luggage and equipment safely throughout the property
- Coordinate with valet, concierge, and housekeeping teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and bell desk
- Execute special requests (e.g., restaurant reservations, transportation)
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
