Responsibilities
- Guest luggage handling and transportation to/from guest rooms
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless arrivals/departures
- Provide personalized recommendations for Miami attractions and dining
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance area standards
- Assist with special event setup and guest requests
- Operate hotel shuttle services as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols for heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic English proficiency; multilingual candidates preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service instincts
- Valid Florida driver's license (shuttle operation)
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Background check and drug screen required
