Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using hotel carts and equipment
- Provide warm welcomes and assist with hotel arrivals/departures
- Deliver in-room amenities and service requests promptly
- Act as a local resource for Portland attractions and dining
- Maintain luggage storage areas and equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with front desk team for seamless guest transitions
- Uphold strict safety protocols for luggage handling
Qualifications
