Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and provide timely assistance with check-in/check-out processes
- Deliver superior customer service while maintaining professional appearance and demeanor
- Assist with valet parking, shuttle services, and guest transportation coordination
- Perform lobby maintenance, including restocking amenities and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Act as local expert, providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions
- Collaborate with front desk and security teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and friendly, approachable personality
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic knowledge of Detroit geography and attractions
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
