Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage transportation, check-in/out processes, and room orientation
- Provide local recommendations for dining, attractions, and transportation
- Operate hotel vehicles (shuttles) safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone/in-person with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with front desk, valet, and housekeeping teams for seamless service
- Perform routine inspections of public areas and report maintenance needs
- Uphold brand standards through consistent professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 0-1 years hospitality/customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Louisville geography and attractions
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
