Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage between vehicles, rooms, and storage areas
- Provide warm welcomes and efficient check-in assistance at the main entrance
- Execute timely deliveries of packages, messages, and amenities to guest rooms
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas through constant monitoring and upkeep
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams to anticipate guest needs
- Operate hotel equipment (e.g., luggage carts, elevators) with safety and precision
- Resolve minor guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
