Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms and vehicles
- Provide personalized assistance with hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain pristine entrance areas and luggage storage spaces
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless guest experiences
- Respond promptly to guest requests via in-room systems and direct communication
- Assist with special event logistics and VIP guest services
- Adhere to safety protocols for heavy lifting and equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
