Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and check-in procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and local area recommendations
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate with valet, concierge, and front desk teams
- Safely transport guest belongings using luggage carts
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly
- Process guest requests efficiently and with a smile
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – we train all new hires
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred for vehicle operation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
