Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using bell carts
- Provide outstanding guest service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle management
- Deliver in-room amenities and special requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrances, and bell desk area
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Follow all safety protocols during luggage handling
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (for va duties)
- Fluent English (bilingual a plus)
