Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with luggage, packages, and belongings
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining
- Transport guests via hotel shuttle or arrange transportation services
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas throughout shifts
- Coordinate with concierge and housekeeping teams for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Process luggage storage and retrieval requests efficiently
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided!
- Must be 18+ years old and able to lift 50+ pounds
- Outstanding customer service mindset and approachability
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (shuttle driving may be required)
- Reliable transportation to work downtown
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency and friendly demeanor
