Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and assist with luggage transportation
- Safely transport luggage to guest rooms using hotel equipment
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby and baggage areas
- Coordinate with valet and front desk staff for seamless service
- Assist with special guest requests and event logistics
- Uphold strict safety protocols for luggage handling
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Exceptional customer service mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas geography preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
