Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell desk areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless service
- Handle special requests (e.g., transportation bookings, item delivery)
- Uphold strict safety standards when moving luggage and equipment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Exceptional customer service mindset and friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to work shifts
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
