Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with luggage, check-in, and check-out procedures
- Safely operate elevators and transport guest belongings between rooms and vehicles
- Provide local area recommendations and information to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance, and baggage areas
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams for seamless guest services
- Handle special requests (e.g., restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements)
- Adhere to safety protocols during all guest interactions and luggage handling
Qualifications
