Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings using wheeled carts and equipment
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Execute valet parking services with precision and professionalism
- Assist with room deliveries including packages, amenities, and special requests
- Maintain pristine public areas through constant cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold strict safety protocols when handling valuable items and operating equipment
- Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a naturally friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Basic proficiency in English communication (additional languages valued)
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned shift locations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
