Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage using wheeled carts and elevators
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/out assistance to hotel guests
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval requests
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrances, and bell desk areas
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic English communication skills
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
