Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms and vehicles
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with directions, recommendations, and services
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas through constant monitoring
- Execute valet parking services with precision and care
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and guest special requests
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong time-management abilities
- Proficient in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Valid California driver's license preferred
