Responsibilities
- Greet hotel guests warmly and assist with luggage handling
- Transport guest belongings to/from rooms using wheeled carts
- Provide directions and local area information to visitors
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless service
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/public areas
- Assist with special event setup and guest requests
- Operate hotel vehicles safely when required
Qualifications
