Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby/public areas
- Assist with valet parking and transportation coordination
- Deliver items (packages, towels, etc.) to guest rooms
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Uphold the highest standards of guest service
Qualifications
