Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation coordination, and check-in/out processes
- Provide local area recommendations and tourist information
- Maintain pristine hotel lobbies, entrances, and public areas
- Operate hotel vehicles (shuttles, valet) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless service
- Uphold brand standards for hospitality and cleanliness
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Punctual with strong work ethic and customer-first mindset
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication tools
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
