Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts and trolleys
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to arriving guests
- Deliver items (amenities, packages, room service) efficiently to guest rooms
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval when required
- Maintain clean and organized luggage storage areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests for directions or local recommendations
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams for seamless service
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols for guest belongings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
