Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage via bell carts to/from rooms
- Provide courteous assistance with hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain pristine luggage storage areas and valet operations
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams for seamless service
- Execute VIP guest arrival/departure protocols
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures
- Process cashless transactions for valet services
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Nevada driver's license preferred for valet rotations
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
