Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage room bookings, reservations, and handle inquiries via phone and email.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with accountability.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and lobby maintenance.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
