Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 hourly staff across front desk, housekeeping, and valet services
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety/security protocols during shift
- Manage inventory control for high-value items
- Coordinate with department heads for seamless operations
- Train staff on new procedures and service standards
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience
- Valid Indiana Food Handler certification
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
