Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Support restaurant operations including seating, order taking, and food service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if applicable to role)
