Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures and personalized assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless guest experiences
- Utilize hotel management systems to process payments and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally following company standards
- Assist with valet services, concierge requests, and emergency protocols
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing hospitality training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel management systems
