Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Perform basic office tasks including phone calls and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Uphold brand standards and service excellence protocols
Qualifications
