Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Handle all front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and room assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Inquiries & Complaints: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Reservations: Assist with making reservations, updating guest profiles, and managing room availability using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel security policies, including ID verification and cash handling procedures.
- Revenue Generation: Promote hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to increase ancillary revenue.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Communicate room status and special requests to the housekeeping department to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new Property Management Systems quickly.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
