Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring every detail is spotless.
- Make beds to hotel standards, including changing linens and dusting furniture.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the floor supervisor.
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
- Organize storage closets and linen rooms efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Excellent time management skills.
