Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through check-in/out procedures, room assignments, and concierge support
- Manage reservation systems, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and professional appearance
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) to optimize occupancy and maximize revenue opportunities
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience, hotel or retail background ideal
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Mandarin) a strong plus
