Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures while ensuring high standards of accuracy and hospitality.
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation options to assist guests effectively.
- Process payments accurately and handle financial transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
- Uphold the hotelβs security protocols and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in customer service is highly preferred.
- Clean background check and drug screening required.
