Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using our proprietary PMS system
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel services and amenities to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Participate in daily shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
