Responsibilities

- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, manage filing systems, and assist with general office tasks as needed.
- Area Maintenance: Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times.
- Problem Solving: Assist guests with special requests and resolve any minor issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; no prior experience required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus.
