Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all guests and visitors upon arrival.
- Communications: Answer incoming calls, route messages, and respond to emails promptly.
- Check-in/Check-out: Process guest registrations and payments efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Facilities Management: Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, manage packages, and assist with general office duties.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing skills; experience with property management software is preferred.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude.
